georgialouiseharrison Happy international selfie day everyone 🤳 I had the best lunch with my best friend amb_d and Quiz Mum even popped in for a cheeky one. Despite today being a good day it would be wrong not to mention the sad news everyone received today. My prayers go out to those grieving and I can only hope that what’s happened will highlight the massive need for more support in the UK surrounding mental health. It’s something thousands of us suffer from day in day out and the best thing you can do for one another is be understanding, be compassionate and try your best to listen out for others suffering in silence 🙏
