bri.jackson It’s Mental Health Awareness Month! So let’s talk about.. the un-talked about! 🙊💛 as you all know I am a Recovering Bulimic- so I am coming from experience when I say, it’s okay not to be okay. Bulimia used to take over my life. If would affect my relationships with my family, my friends, and other people. I am so so glad that I was able to get help and change my life. •
I don’t know what you’re struggling with, but we all have mental health. We all need to take care of our bodies and our minds. I encourage you all to take your mental health seriously this month, do something for yourself, go for a walk, finally start meeting with a therapist, take time to mediate, be more creative, or spend time with the people you love. It all starts with our mindset, let’s keep our minds happy and take care of them!💛💛 •
